Meet Happy!
Happy is an approximately 4 to 5 year old German Shepherd who weighs in at 77lbs. He ended up at Yreka Animal Control after his owner had been arrested. He has been in the kennels for a total of 2 months already and needs out! He isnt a dog thats going to be besties with just anyone but he is incredibly loyal, playful, intelligent, and affectionate with his chosen people. He has lived with dogs and a cat in the past but a slow introduction is recommended for both. He seems to get along best with small dogs. He would likely need a home without small children and an owner who is stern but not a dictator. He has his own mind but will listen well to his person.
